圣诞节准备工作！
我知道很多人都觉得有点疯狂 （而且有点烦人） 当他们在感恩节之前开始看到圣诞树，灯光和12月的节日装饰时…但是在我们的小家庭里’每年的传统做法是，在火鸡节之前的一周左右，通常要放一棵圣诞树，所以我们 can enjoy it’的美女越久越好！
The month of December moves SO fast and before 您 know it, the holiday season is over! So we like to get the work and messy part of 圣诞 out of the way BEFORE December 1st hits.

Another thing I was anxious to do this year was find a fun 圣诞 主题 for our decor. Two years ago we had sort of a blue, white and silver 主题和last year we used the 一品红经典节日红葡萄酒 .
This year I thought it would be fun to go with an all 自然 主题. A woodsy-winter-wonderland!

I have accumulated quite a collection (eight 主题s to be exact) and have trouble figuring out what to do with all the ornaments…so I move 主题 into another room. Love the woodland 主题. We change out every year as well. This year is Marine Corps 主题 (hubby is a Marine of 21 years). Previous years have been a Owls/Nature/Brown, Nutcracker/Marzipan Palace, Rudolph/Claymation animation, black &白色，薄荷等…. I think its really fun choosing a new 主题 every year. I try to choose the previous 圣诞 though, so 我可以 shop the after 圣诞 clearance. That way it doesn't cost me a fortune to rework my 主题.
